Which plans include certified payroll tracking?+

Certified Payroll Tracking and Exception Review is included with Essentials, Contractor, Contractor Pro, and Enterprise. Certified Payroll Only is available separately at $149/month or $1,609 billed annually. Starter customers can keep Starter and add payroll ($248/month combined), or choose Essentials ($249/month) for more projects and users. The annual totals are $2,678 for Starter + Payroll and $2,689 for Essentials. Nothing changes until you confirm billing, and your records stay in place.

How does payroll tracking work?+

The workflow uses stored project, wage-decision, submission, classification, fringe, apprentice, subcontractor, and exception records. No AI connection is required. It tracks compliance activity and validates imported figures; it does not run payroll or issue wages.

How does the annual discount work?+

Annual subscriptions receive exactly 10% off the equivalent twelve monthly payments and are billed once per year. This is the standard annual-payment discount, not temporary launch pricing.

How do we set up our account?+

Setup is self-service. Customers can start with the free audit, then use optional Builder Agent to help set up company information, organize uploaded essential documents in the Vault, and bring projects nearly to completion for review. An authorized user reviews the draft before filing. Companies can also use the guided Project Workflow and enter everything manually.

Does Starter receive a limited version of ComplyWatch?+

No. Every plan receives the complete core ComplyWatch daily priority review, company and project readiness scores, critical and approaching-deadline alerts, and direct fix actions. Plans differ primarily by project and user capacity, trade names, certified payroll, federal controls, and portfolio-level reporting.

Why does Contractor Pro cost more?+

It supports up to 100 active projects and 25 users, with advanced subcontractor and payroll oversight, DBE and Buy America controls, advanced reporting, and priority software support.
